1. Natulim.pl offers free delivery for all orders over PLN 100 in Poland, except for subscription orders, for which shipping is completely free regardless of the order amount.

2. All domestic shipments are sent by the Inpost courier company, by registered mail or using InPost parcel lockers.

3. Most domestic orders ship within 3-7 business days.

4. Parcels are delivered on business days.

5. If the parcel is not delivered on time or is lost, Natulim is responsible and provides solutions tailored to the client.

6. At Natulim.pl we also offer paid delivery methods such as: priority letter, InPost courier, Paczkomaty and Orlen packa.
